Allegiance Underwriting Group was founded in 2005 by Alan Janes. We are an independent program manager, Lloyd's Coverholder, and a licensed insurance intermediary.
As a growing company and specialist program manager, we strive to better serve our clients through our product portfolio of Employment Practices Liability, Directors & Officers Liability, and Professional Liability. We differentiate from the competition by offering product expertise and exceptional service with exclusive market access to proprietary insurance products and valuable policyholder loss control services.
MANAGEMENT LIABILITY PRODUCTS
Our Management Liability products are package policies offering Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Fiduciary Liability on an admitted and surplus lines basis in most states. This combination product targets privately held companies with less than $35MM in assets and less than 500 employees.
PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY PRODUCTS
We provide professional liability insurance products that address the various exposures of professional service firms in a wide range of industries. We also provide coverage for the privacy and network security exposures that all businesses face.
EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES LIABILITY PRODUCTS
We manage an exclusive portfolio of products for stand-alone Employment Practices Liability, arranged by us as a coverholder at Lloyd's. These specialized products target companies of any type in various industries and with various exposures, including law firms and staffing companies.
